How it all started...
Sam Tanner and Peter Keckemet founded Joe Chocolate Co. in 2016 as a simple energizing trail snack for their thru-hiking friends on the Pacific Crest Trail.
At Joe, we combine coffee and chocolate to make a great tasting and uniquely caffeinated snack. Whether you're cruising through the upper alpine or sipping a glass of wine in the city, we make Joe with you in mind.
A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to great food and our community has not.

On June 1st, 2019 we opened up the doors to our first retail location in the heart of Seattle's historic Pike Place Market.
