Picking the right products doesn't have to be difficult!
It is important to think about your store and what your customer needs are to determine
the best sizes, flavors and variations of chocolate.

2) DISPLAYING THE PRODUCTS
When displaying products it is essential to keep chocolate out of direct sunlight,
optimally with adequate shelf space at eye-level.
3) CHOCOLATE NUANCES
Be sure to keep your top sellers in stock (most often Salted Caramel and Roasted Cacao) and
be cognizant of how different products may perform better at different points of the year
(for example, Frosted Peppermint will fly off the shelf in December, but maybe not as much in July).
